Testsigma is on a mission to enable Agile teams to collaboratively plan, develop, execute, analyse, debug, and report on their automated testing—for websites, native Android and iOS apps, and APIs. 

Through built-in NLP (Natural Language Processing) Grammar, teams can automate user actions in simple English.  

Testsigma can replace tens of different tools in the QA toolchain to enable teams to test easily throughout their continuous delivery pipeline.

Testsigma has raised a total of $4.6M USD in seed funding from Accel Partners and STRIVE. We’ve completed 1.5 Million tests so far and have customers worldwide like NetGear, Freshworks, HP Enterprise, Sage, IEEE, SignEasy. We’re looking forward to partnering with you and building a world class Sales team that operates on high growth.  


You will be one of the first few Sales Hires of the team. The whole Sales Culture will be built around you and your efforts directly make an organisation level impact. As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you will be generating opportunities from the huge set of Inbound leads we receive each month. You will be prospecting through LinkedIn / Cold Calls and Email. We are looking for high-energy Sales professionals with sound business acumen and natural value driven sales instincts to join us in this journey.  



  • Do thorough research on your Inbound leads to enable personalised messaging for your buyers. You will be enabled by LDRs to categorise top intent vs low intent buyers. 
  • Rigorously prospect and generate qualified new business opportunities to fuel Sales pipeline growth. 
  • Strike and initiate conversations with decision makers and high-level influencers within the companies you are prospecting to.  
  • Come up with creative emails, LinkedIn outreach and call scripts to experiment on the sales sequence and draw more attention from your prospects. 
  • Crush your Quota month on month.


What makes you a right fit? 

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B Software Sales Prospecting and Pipeline building roles.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Strong understanding of prospecting and creativity in building sequences that can land high conversion rates.  
  • Strong aptitude and curiosity to learn new technologies. 
  • Consistent success with Quota attainment.  
  • Organised and strong time management and organization skills.  
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay focussed and driven.  
  • Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively.  
  • Open to work in the US Shift (6pm to 3am IST) 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and agile culture.
