Responsibilities:
Devise content roadmap and plan for the middle and bottom of the organic funnel
Keyword and topical research to identify new opportunities and trending topics and segments.
Track the conversion rations identify the potential opportunities to improve conversions
Understand the complete funnel and help the content team to optimize the content for better conversions.
Perform content gap analysis against competitors to identify potential areas of growth in specific segments and geographies.
Research and establish processes for new initiatives in aiding organic growth - International SEO, Video SEO.
Develop a well-thought-out strategy for internal and external link building
Work closely with the content marketing team to create a content calendar and plan quarterly themes and initiatives
Ideal candidate and the expertise that we expect:
3-5 years of experience in doing SEO/ Digital Marketing for brands
Passionate about Keywords, Ranking & Competitor Analysis
Experience with A/B testing and on-page & off-page optimization techniques
Abreast with Google’s latest algorithm, its periodic updates, and the impact
Deep understanding of SEO content strategies and tactics. Deep SEO knowledge and advanced familiarity with technical SEO and its implications
Deep knowledge of relevant tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, GA, and GSC. Brownie points if you are a binge reader of Moz and Search Engine Journal blogs
A genuine curiosity about SaaS and SaaS products
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, & structured XML would be a plus
Must-Have:
