Role and Responsibilities:
Own the recruiting process for all positions from role kick-off to close including managing candidates and hiring teams
Source new candidates through strong research, sourcing platforms, and targeted networking for key high volume roles
Ensure all candidates have a world-class interview experience from start to finish
Schedule a high volume of phone and video interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates
Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Update and manage job postings on our careers page and job boards
Manage daily operations of the HR department
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
Experience with ATS systems and sourcing platforms.
Experience in SaaS preferred and a strong desire to learn about our rapidly growing business.
Personable with a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete tasks quickly and with accuracy.
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
This role acts as the empowered backbone of our team. This is a contract role with the potential to convert to a full-time position.
