The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the vision for Testsigma's SEO strategy. This will involve bringing in best practices and continuously improving our SEO efforts to support our growth goals. This will involve a mix of on-page and off-page optimisation techniques, including link building, keyword research, and content creation. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of our SEO efforts, and using this data to inform and refine your strategies.
Experience
6+ years of experience in building and driving SEO
Experience in driving organic traffic at scale
A strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Highly hands-on understanding of best-in-class SEO tools (Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience with SaaS or technology companies is good to have.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that will drive meaningful organic traffic and conversions for Testsigma.
Lead a team of SEO analysts to execute the SEO strategy
Take ownership of the entire organic traffic funnel, and develop and implement strategies to drive traffic in the right direction.
Set the foundation and establish best practices for technical SEO, to ensure that our website is optimized for search engine crawling and indexing
Define a roadmap for SEO keyword experiments, to identify the most effective keywords and topics for attracting organic traffic to our website.
Work closely with content writers to develop a content strategy that supports our SEO efforts and drives engagement with our target audience
Measure, analyze and report with relevant business metrics for management
